Spot The Ball Competition |

The Club is running a ‘spot the ball’ draw for the Club. There are 16 squares based around the AIL. You pick a square and the cost is €2 and if you win you get €20. To stress, this is not a senior draw but a CLUB draw. There are 1,000 cards available which can be sourced from Ben Kealy Jnr., Donal Milmo-Penny and Allan Versfeld. |

Six Nations Prediction Competition |

A couple of Members are running a six nations prediction competition as a fundraiser for the club. The competition is being run in three pools, one for the J2s, one for the J5s and the final one for the Vets,Seniors and Pavillion Members. A pool called Bective Rangers Vets has been set up for the third group. The competition is being run through the www.superbru.com website, anyone who is interested can go to the website and register and search for the Bective Rangers Vet group and join that group. The cost of entry is €30 with prizes for first, second and third in the overall and a prize for each group winner with bragging rights also up for play. Each week all participants make picks as to who will win each game and by what margin. If any of you would like to take part, you can register on http://www.superbru.com/sixnations/pools.asp?s=bective and apply membership for the Vets group, or J2 or J5. Pierce O'Leary will collect the money at a later date but registration needs to be completed and round picks made before this Saturday morning. |
