in the

Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook

at 12.30pm

followed by refreshments in the Clubhouse

A night out with Railway Union will take place on Wednesday, August 13th 2008, from 6.15pm.

The core of the event will involve a 50/55 minute conditioned match mainly involving the 1st XV squad and is followed by a facilited discussion session afterwards.

All interested parties from the Clube are welcome to attend all aspects of the session which will be facilitated by John Carvill.

Ciaran O'Brien, Director of Rugby in Railway Uninon is hosting the event. Railway are a club with which Bective has a strong links over the years and some of their players will also take part in the match.

The timetable for the evening is as follows:

6.15pm: Players arrive

6.45pm - 7.15pm: Joint warmup commences / teams split and ref outlines terms of the 'match'

7.15pm: Match kicks off

8.10pm: Match ends

8.30pm: Facilitated session commences in the hall

9pm: Session ends.
