Leinster vs. Bath - Mini tickets offer

Leinster Rugby will once again be offering clubs the opportunity to avail of the “One Province” ticketing initiative for Leinster v Bath at Aviva Stadium on December 17th.   “One Province” is a community ticketing initiative designed specifically for underage groups travelling to Leinster matches from Clubs or Schools. For example, junior tickets that normally cost €10 cost €5 when booked through this scheme. For every ten tickets bought we offer a free adult ticket to facilitate parents, coaches or teachers who are travelling to the game with the group.   There is a set number of tickets available under this scheme and if the number of tickets ordered exceeds the number of tickets available we will distribute tickets on a pro-rata basis based on the orders that we have received. We will endeavour to accommodate each clubs full order.   For every free adult ticket received clubs are entitled to order one full price adult ticket to aid with supervision of the group on the day of the game. Any additional adult ticket ordered will be charged at €30. For example if a club orders 50 Junior tickets they will receive 5 free adult tickets and will have the option to buy 5 additional adult tickets @ €30 to accompany the group. This gives the clubs the opportunity to have up to 2 adults with every 10 juniors.   Provisions for parking of coaches/mini buses will be made and parking information will be distributed to Clubs who order through this scheme.   If you wish to avail of this offer please contact by the Mini Section Thursday November 24th.
