Calling all youth players! Join our growing team of cadet coaches and gain valuable experience while helping develop the next generation of Rangers. Perfect for transition year students and anyone interested in personal development through coaching.

Open to all players from 3rd year to 6th year

What you'll gain:

IRFU certification
Complete the IRFU Children's Course (available from age 16)

Gaisce credits
Count your coaching time towards Community Involvement, Personal Skills and Physical Recreation

Coaching experience
Learn essential coaching skills under expert supervision

Team connection
Stay connected with teammates and meet younger players

Your coaching experience

Work with U6/U7 to U12/U13 teams under head coach supervision
Learn to set up coaching drills and games
Demonstrate essential rugby skills like passing and tackling

Referee small-sided games
Progress to running warm-ups and individual drills
Assist with match preparation and home blitzes
