Finals Day Message

Fellow Members,

‘ONE CLUB’ is the heart and soul of everything we do in Bective.

Whatever we do as Minis, Youths, 20’s, Junior, Senior, Coaches, Players Friends or Alickadoos we do it together and for each other.

Thankfully Bective is flying, teams are winning, and everyone is playing their part.

The last few weeks have seen the 2nds, 4ths and Under 13’s suffer narrow defeats in their respective finals while the Under 20’s and Under 15’s Bective/ Lansdowne team have each won their Leagues. 

This weekend brings Bective’s Super Saturday with 3 finals not to be missed.

Our 1st Team travel to Clonmel for the A.I.L. 2C Final @ 2.30pm

Our 3rds play Lansdowne in the O’Connor Cup Final @ 3.30pm in Old Belvedere

Our 4ths play Barnhall in the Guilfoyle-James Cup Final @ 5.30pm in Old Belvedere

As President and as part of our ‘One Club’ policy I would encourage as much support as possible for these 3 teams.

If you are feeling energetic take the supporters bus to Clonmel.

If traveling does not suit and you fancy a feast of good rugby take a wander down to Old Belvedere.

If you are committed to something else or can’t make either of the venues, please pick someone you know who is involved and give them a call or send them a text of encouragement.

Remember your support is always key to our success!
